This particular business unit of our customer specializes in the field of (sustainable) return logistics. They provide the return flows from supermarkets and aim at the optimal logistics. Several high end services offered such as the rental of several items and washing, sorting and storage of packaging. These added value services make reverse logistics complete, complex and challenging. The combination of continuous innovation and assurance of safety, quality and productivity is therefore an absolute focus.

The position of General Manager Operations is responsible for the operational, tactical and strategic results and successes of the assigned sites, in such a way that this is in line with the logistics objectives and general policy of the company. Both Operational and Customer Service Excellence in the field of safety, quality and productivity fall within the scope of this position. Of 7 direct reports namely: 4 Site managers, 2 Telcentra and 1 Managers Customer Service Manager. Overall, the General Manager Operations to deal with a wide scope and a high degree of complexity.
