SCM Executive Search offers a suitable and unique solution for management and board positions within Supply Chain, Logistics and Manufacturing. We start the search process with a 360° approach, where we conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders connected to the vacant position within the client's organization. An overarching view is created, which forms the basis in the search for the ideal candidate. 

During the search, candidates are screened in a face-to-face meeting, based on knowledge, skills, drives and competences. Furthermore, an online personality test is conducted. The final shortlist is presented to you in a face-to-face meeting, where we discuss the candidates together. The interview process is coordinated by SCM Executives. From the first introduction to the last negotiations.

Optional: SCM offers the possibility to do Kickstart Coaching. An onboarding program in which the selected candidate is supported in the first (important) 6 months to get him/her up-and-running in a solid fashion.
